Jakki Bendell – Trainer and Writer
Jakki is a writer, trainer and coach specialising in business and technical writing. She helps private and public sector clients produce more effective user guides, training materials, blogs, websites, newsletters and brochures.
She has developed and delivered courses for diverse clients including engineering firms, contact centres, charities, local authorities and IT companies. With a background in marketing, she brings a strong commercial insight and real-world experience to the business of writing.
Clients often comment that she is also very approachable, and brings a lot of interaction and practical experience to the training room.
Jakki says, “How to write well in business isn't something we all learned at school or university - the good news is that it can be taught.”
In her spare time, Jakki enjoys walking, cinema and travelling – she spent three years teaching English abroad. She also has an MBA, is a qualified coach, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
