We have been working with the European Patent Office in the Netherlands to improve their Help system and user guide for patent application software. Their documentation was developed in-house but, following requests from users, we re-structured both the on-line Help and the user manual to make them more helpful and easier to use.
The entire project was carried out remotely with regular contact via email. Only a couple of on-site meetings were required. EPO’s Technical Change Manager appreciates the benefits that our service provides:
