Iain Harrison – Web Manager

Iain is an experienced technical author, web designer and developer. He looks after our web sites as well as providing this service to clients.

He brings together expertise in traditional page design, documentation and help authoring techniques, quality processes and software development, and a good understanding of web technology. These combine to help him construct effective and manageable web sites.

People have to be able to find your web site in their favourite search engine, and they have to be able to find the information they seek when they arrive. Training Manager. Abi has been part of the Plain Words team since 2001, progressing through various roles and gathering a substantial knowledge of the business along the way.

Senior Consultant and Project Manager. Alison's expertise includes developing on-line help systems, writing user guides and producing training course material.

Julie Hallett

Project Manager. Julie's expertise lies in course development and training, user guides, technical specifications, and quality procedures (ISO9000), along with project management.
