Alison Reeves – Trainer

Alison has developed and presented training courses for over 25 years. She initially became involved with training as part of the process of specifying and developing software.

She says “I was never able to find anyone who knew the material as well as I did, so it seemed to make sense for me to develop and present the courses to end users. I discovered I had a real aptitude for it and have never looked back.”

As a technical author for over 10 years Alison also has a wealth of authoring experience and advice to share with delegates.

She likes to draw out and involve her delegates in all aspects of the course, especially in practical exercises. “I tend to learn by doing rather than just listening, so I try to adopt this approach in my sessions.”

When Alison is not training or writing she indulges her other great passion, sailing.
