Customer Services Editor/Administrator to work for the most prestigious retail store in the world! Your role is to to check, amend and approve all store correspondence to customers - emails and letters.

Overview
- Check, amend and approve all store correspondence to customers sent by email or letter
- Ensure written customer communications are professional, and adhere to brand guidelines with correct layout, spelling, and grammar
- Check all communications received by Customer Services have been approved by a Business Manager, Head of Retail or equivalent
- Notify sender when communication has been approved and provide details of any amendments made
- Maintain a list of personnel who do not require correspondence approval
- Maintain records of original and checked correspondence
- Provide statistics including a league table to measure the rate of corrections by division
- Use Charter to check, amend and approve letter and email communications sent by the Customer services department within the deadlines sent
Requirements
Deliverables and ways of working
- When required record accurate details of complaints, enquiries and commendations
- When required process customer commendations
- Keep informed of key personnel
- Maintain good housekeeping
Key Performance Indicators:
- Check and approve communications within 24 hours of receipt in the ‘letters’ inbox
- Ensure 100% accuracy of spelling and grammar in all communications
- Produce a weekly report on failure rates to include a league table by division

Salary
From £17,400 to £20,400 per year
