Presenting Winning Bids & Proposals – Training Course Outline
Tendering for business is very stressful for bid teams. Let’s face it; a lot is riding on it. So once you’ve burnt the midnight oil and – against all the odds – delivered the bid document on time, can you sit back and relax?
Well, no… If your job includes making bid presentations the hard work has just begun. You or your team may have written a winning bid but can you do it justice at the presentation stage?
This course takes you through the whole process, step by step, from preparing the bid presentation to handling the questions and answers. Don’t let a poor presentation lose you the business. Learn how to deliver bids presentations that win!
What you will learn on this course
By the end of the course, you will know how to:
- Prepare, structure and deliver a bid presentation
- Form clear presentation objectives
- Create easy to use support notes
- Select, prepare and use appropriate visual aids
- Encourage and manage audience participation
- Evaluate and improve from each presentation you deliver
Course tailoring
We tailor each course to match your requirements and so a small amount of development time is required.
Course Duration
Two-day workshop
Over the two-day workshop participants develop and practise the skills of bid presenting through individual and team based presentations that are recorded on video. You will also take part in short tutorials, group activities and discussion, feedback and one to one coaching.
We restrict the number of delegates to six due to the highly participative nature of this workshop. However, if required we can accommodate more delegates by using an extra facilitator, syndicate rooms and CCTV equipment.
