- Format documents to match your organisation’s ‘look and feel’
- Create templates and styles to get the right look quickly for a variety of documents
- Use autotext to save time when entering standard text and tables
- Create and format professional looking tables
- Control your page layout with headers and footers, footnotes and endnotes, margins and tabs
- Work with graphics and objects, including WordArt, customised backgrounds and drawing tools
- Manage documents with track changes and reviewer comments
- Manage large documents
Course Duration
This one-day intensive course concentrates on showing you, step-by-step, how to use the time saving features in Word. Exercises are used to illustrate various points throughout the day.
The course is aimed at people who already use Word but wish to improve their knowledge and learn how to produce better documents more quickly.
